To ensure 100% the print quality of the labels we serve, we have verification and finishing equipment with the technology of Artificial Vision.
The camera system continuously compares the reference image with the print image and if significant changes are detected, an operator is notified and the error is displayed on the screen:
- The detailed indication on the screen helps the operator quickly identify the defects and reduces the time needed to solve the problem.
- With PDF reference information, the inspection system will recognize the assembly of the plate and the color ink errors.
- The positions and types of print defects are recorded and analyzed in real time and can be used to control the finishing process.
