DESCRIPTION OF OUR ENVIRONMENT POLICY

GERMARK’s Environment Policy is based on our commitment to improve our environmental practice constantly by adhering to the following principles:

To carry out an environmental management programme in accordance with the ISO 14001 standard. To comply with present legislation and all other requirements applicable to the environment. To develop activities which promote constant improvement and, at the same time, the prevention of contamination in the different phases of our processes through the establishment and review of environmental objectives and targets by management, with the aid of proposals for improvement from all Germark’s collaborators. To manage and control all environmental phenomena which occur as a result of our activities and to minimize negative effects as far as possible. To train, to inform and increase awareness among our employees, collaborators, suppliers and related companies. To control and reduce as far as possible, the consumption of natural resources.

The Management of GERMARK, S.A. is firmly committed to this Policy which is displayed for the information of all employees and is available to the public, customers and all governmental organisms, as a clear symbol of the openness of our activities and a guarantee to society of our responsibility.
