The Managing Director, together with the Quality Director, establish
our objectives at the regular meetings of the Quality Committee and may
also introduce any necessary corrective measures in the annual review
of the system.
The Commercial Directors of the different Divisions convey customers’ needs
and expectations concerning Quality to the Managing Director so that
they can be incorporated into our Quality objectives.
In order to achieve our goals, GERMARK can count on a programme
of information, education, and training designed for all the employees
of the company together with the leadership of a group of directors committed
to the implementation of the Quality Management System.
The Managing Director of GERMARK ratifies the above declaration
and guarantees that our QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, which complies with
the UNE-EN-ISO 9001 standard, is communicated to and carried out by the
whole organization.
The Managing Director also declares his commitment to providing all
the necessary means for the implementation of the QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
and promises his own involvement in the System to ensure it is put into
practice rigorously and effectively. |
