ISO 9001 Certificate In the present business context, the adoption of a model of Quality Management is fundamental to guarantee a competitive position in the market.

At GERMARK, we are aware of the essential requirements needed to be a top company in the sector. That is why we have long cultivated a company philosophy designed to attain the highest standards of Quality together with the greatest respect towards the environment.

In this Quality Policy Declaration, the Management of GERMARK lays down the company’s primary objective, namely: TO ACHIEVE AND MAINTAIN THE COMPLETE SATISFACTION OF OUR CUSTOMERS.

The growth of our company must go hand in hand with the ability to focus all our attention on satisfying our customers’ needs.

The GERMARK team, being the foundation stone of an edifice to which we give the name QUALITY, must feel integrated in the whole organization and show their agreement with the importance of the concepts of “CUSTOMER SATISFACTION” and “CONSTANT IMPROVEMENT” in every aspect of our work through the participation of each and every member of the team.

GERMARK’s suppliers must provide us with materials and/or services in accordance with our company’s philosophy. They must combine top quality with a commitment to the conservation of the environment.

GERMARK’s excellent image must never be compromised.

The Managing Director, together with the Quality Director, establish our objectives at the regular meetings of the Quality Committee and may also introduce any necessary corrective measures in the annual review of the system.

The Commercial Directors of the different Divisions convey customers’ needs and expectations concerning Quality to the Managing Director so that they can be incorporated into our Quality objectives.

In order to achieve our goals, GERMARK can count on a programme of information, education, and training designed for all the employees of the company together with the leadership of a group of directors committed to the implementation of the Quality Management System.

The Managing Director of GERMARK ratifies the above declaration and guarantees that our QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, which complies with the UNE-EN-ISO 9001 standard, is communicated to and carried out by the whole organization.

The Managing Director also declares his commitment to providing all the necessary means for the implementation of the QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM and promises his own involvement in the System to ensure it is put into practice rigorously and effectively.
